Solo Base Pay Rates:

Base loaded and empty rates per mile.

	Over the Road Drivers:         $.42
	East Regional Drivers:         $.41
	Midwest Regional Drivers:    $.40
	Southeast Regional Divers:  $.38

Team Pay:

$.48 per mile split between drivers for irregular routes.   (Dedicated route pay varies, contact Recruiting for details.)

Month End Bonus:

All drivers are eligible for a bonus per mile at the end of each month depending on the driver's fuel economy (6.0 mpg or better), dispatched miles in the month and the cost of preventable accidents.

	12,500+ miles:        $.04
	12,000-12,499:        $.03
	11,500-11,999:        $.02

Adjustments to monthly dispatched miles for absences of any kind will not be made.  Team miles will be split between drivers for the purposes of this bonus.  Trainers will get credit for all miles dispatched while training.  Preventable accident costs will reduce any bonus earned until the accident cost has been completely offset.

Year End Bonus:

All drivers are eligible for a bonus per mile at the end of the year depending on the driver's fuel economy (6.0 mpg or better), average dispatched miles per week in the year and the cost of preventable accidents.

	2,800+ mpw:            $.04
	2,600-2,799 mpw:     $.03
	2,400-2,599 mpw:      $.015
	2,100-2,399 mpw:     $.005

Team miles will be split between drivers for the purposes of this bonus.  Trainers will get credit for all miles dispatched while training.  Preventable accident costs will reduce any bonus earned until the accident cost has been completely offset.

Optional Per Diem Pay:

West Side can include a per diem in the pay mileage.  If you choose, included in the pay per mile is a per diem reimbursement of $.11 per mile ($.055 for each team driver).
